Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care settings in Flourtown, PA. This part-time PTA role offers supportive culture, mentorship, and opportunities for promotion as part of Enhance Therapies family.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, support patient selection for therapy, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the care team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (PA).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
