Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Springfield, IL team. This full-time role provides PT supervision under a licensed PT and supports patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (Illinois).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
