Renewal Rehab in Stockton, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide therapy under supervision of a licensed PT and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
