Tender Touch Rehab Services in West Chester, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PT services under supervision, assist with patient selection, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and help maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
