Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our southeastern Connecticut team. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, coordinate referrals, and help deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
