Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Englewood, NJ. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in patient selection, and collaborate with the team to achieve quality outcomes in a SNF/long-term care setting.

Requires an APTA-accredited PTA degree and a current PTA license in the state of practice, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are up to date.
