Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for CC at Oak Ridge in Charleston, WV. You will provide PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, identify suitable patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Current license as PTA in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
