Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Beverly Hills, MI (ZIP 48025). The role offers a salary of $58,240–$66,560 per year, with permanent, full-time duties in SNF and long-term care settings.

Immigration support for H1B candidates is available along with a comprehensive benefits package. You will provide PT services under supervision, assist with patient selection, collaborate with the team, and ensure proper documentation and current orders

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Licensed in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
