The Lakes Home Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our caring team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The PTA will assist licensed therapists in planning and delivering treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain, while educating patients and families on effective home exercises.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will contribute to high-quality, compassionate home care and strive to help patients maintain independence in their daily lives.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
