Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Colchester, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
