Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in Torrington, CT. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, coordinate evaluations, and work within SNF/long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under licensed PT supervision per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
