Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. This role provides opportunities to work closely with a PT and a supportive clinical team.

You will deliver PT treatments under supervision, help identify patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
