Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Active PTA license in state of practice is required.
• association with Enhance Therapies family of companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PTA.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
