Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered therapy for adults and geriatric patients in Wichita. You will support mobility, independence and safety through individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
