Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Adrian, MI. This role will support therapy services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings and contribute to a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
