Job summary

Enhance Therapies is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for Renewal Rehab to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. This full-time role supports SNF and long-term care settings, with competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and participate in ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
