Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to our residents in a serene setting.

Responsibilities include assisting in treatment plan development, administering exercises and modalities, assessing progress, and collaborating with the care team to promote optimal outcomes and resident well-being.

• Providing physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to residents.
• Conducting patient assessments and documenting progress.

• Educating residents, family members, and caregivers to promote health and well-being.
