Talented Medical Solutions in Worland, WY invites a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-office team. You will support therapists, document progress in EHR, and implement prescribed exercises in line with care plans.

This role emphasizes patient education, timely documentation, scheduling support, and adherence to regulatory standards. The PTA will collaborate with clinicians to adapt plans based on measurable outcomes and ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Recent PTA licensure or equivalent credential in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in documenting progress in EHRs with accurate outcomes tracking.
• Ability to assist therapists with patient assessments and treatment plan design.
• Strong adherence to regulatory policies, documentation standards, and patient privacy.
• Experience implementing prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic activities.
• Excellent patient and family education skills for home exercise programs and safety.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical teams and adjust plans based on measurable results.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset, pursuing ongoing professional development.
• On-site availability and capability to assist with scheduling, triage, and intake.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in EHR systems.
