Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support PTs in home-based therapy sessions and help patients reach recovery goals.

You will use AI-assisted documentation to streamline notes while delivering hands-on care and maintaining strong patient engagement. A license, 1 year of PTA experience, and BLS are required, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• 1 year of PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation.
• Active and unencumbered PTA license in state of employment required.
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS (American Heart Association).
