Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or recently graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in a SNF/LTC setting. The role is a contract position with day schedule and offers an opportunity to join a growing team focused on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include providing skilled PT services under physician orders and PT supervision, implementing and modifying the treatment plan, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a PT/Registered or Licensed PTA.
• Implement and modify the patient’s plan of treatment under supervision of a PT/Registered or Licensed PTA.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
