California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in Lodi seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative clinical team delivering patient-focused care. You’ll assist PTs, guide exercises, and help drive outcomes with accurate documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA licensure or certification.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Prior PTA clinical experience.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT with implementing treatment plans.
• Regularly communicate patient progress with PT.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on home care.
• Collaborate with PTs and healthcare team.
