Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy, part of Select Medical, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our Mesa, AZ outpatient orthopedic center. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with starting pay at $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to deliver high-quality therapies and help patients regain function. We offer mentorship, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, a company-matching 401(k), and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed CAPTE national PTA exam.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as required by state law.
• Deliver high-quality PTA services for patients and caregivers following policy and procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and support staff relations.
