Qualifications

• Washington PTA licensure or eligibility, with licensure completed before practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment established by the supervising physical therapist and support mobility and functional goals.
• Provide planned therapeutic exercise, gait and balance activities within your scope.
• Observe responses, document progress and communicate changes to the supervising physical therapist.
• Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely.
• Collaborate with the rehab and care team to connect goals with daily activities.
• Document interventions and progress, communicate changes, and follow safety standards.
• Maintain professional standards and respect for patient dignity.
