Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the provision of patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or related field preferred
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant; previous experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting a plus
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be empathetic and patient-focused
