UPS is seeking a results-oriented supervisor to lead warehouse workgroups, train staff, and drive safety, productivity and accuracy across operations. You will foster strong relationships with employees, management and customers while enforcing policies and standards established by the department, station, and local authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to 5 days per week, and solid communication with experience in Microsoft

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent – preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication and MS Office knowledge.
• Management experience – preferred.

Job Summary:This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
