UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train staff, foster accountability, and drive accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

You will establish a positive, team-oriented culture, coach employees, and ensure compliance with safety policies, corporate standards, and local regulations while coordinating with multiple departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability for flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Job Summary:This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. Employee sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
