Job summary

Ace Endico Corp in Woonsocket, RI seeks a part-time Warehouse Night Selector to hand pick orders with a voice system. The role involves operating a pallet jack, stacking pallets, and ensuring safety and food-safety standards in cool and dry areas.

You will participate in pre-trip checks and stage pallets for dock loading. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs (100 lbs occasionally), and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math and English reading/writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hand select orders using a voice activated system in temperature-varied warehouse environments.
• Stack product on pallets with proper labeling, weight distribution, and safety.
• Operate a pallet jack or other equipment to transport products.
• Stage pallets for loading at proper dock locations.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on powered equipment and PPE.
• Shrink-wrap products on the loading dock and follow safety policies.
• Attend required meetings and perform related duties as assigned.

Warehouse Night Selector (Part-Time)Location: Woonsocket, RIPay: $20.00 /hour (+ Overtime)Schedule: Starts at 7:00PM until completion of job.3 Days: Thursday, Friday, and SundayEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHand select orders using a voice activated system, within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including dry, cooler and freezer.Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy product on light product, labels facing out, adhering to food safety principles, etc.)Operate an electric pallet jack, or other powered industrial equipment, to transport products.Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations.Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment including, but not limited to, powered industrial equipment, voice headsets, and personal protective equipment.Perform pre-trip inspections, and safely operate all powered industrial equipment.Shrink-wrap product on the loading dock.Adhere to all safety practices and company policies and food safety principles.
