Job summary

Silver Star Protection Group LLC is seeking a Part-time Unarmed Security Guard to work at client sites in Forest Park, IL. The position supports a flexible schedule, with Tue and Wed from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm and Thu from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and maintaining a secure environment. You will document incidents, interact professionally with clients and staff, and perform duties as assigned by the leadership team.

• Provide security services at the assigned client site(s), ensuring the safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets.
• Be available to work various shifts and client sites as needed. Schedule and locations may change depending on client needs, staffing requirements, or other operational factors.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff. Ensure that all communication fosters a positive and secure environment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring adherence to the client's security protocols.
• Accurately document any incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.
• Additional duties as assigned by Silver Star leadership team.

Position Overview

The Security Guard is responsible for providing security services at a client site(s) during scheduled shifts. The guard's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments. While SSPG strives to accommodate preferred schedules, flexibility is essential for the role.
