Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Avon, IN seeks an experienced Physical Therapist stepping into Center Manager, leading clinic operations and clinical care.

You will join the National Leadership Development Program, oversee staff, build physician and payer relationships, and drive excellent patient outcomes in our Indianapolis community.

The role offers a salary between $85,000–$105,000, up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and a $350 monthly student debt benefit, plus a 1:1 management training program.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.
• No management experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
