Job summary

Integrity Rehab Group in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to join our team under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. This is a full-time position in a service-based clinic focused on improving patient outcomes.

You will help prepare equipment and treatment areas, observe and assist patients with prescribed exercises, apply basic modalities, maintain clean therapy spaces, and handle patient intake or scheduling tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computers and learning new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
• Apply basic prescribed treatments such as ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, and manage linens.
• Perform administrative tasks, including patient intake, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
