Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort them to treatment areas, and prepare them for therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities as instructed by PTs or PTAs.
• Encourage and ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Set up and clean treatment areas before and after patient sessions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and supplies for use (e.g., hot/cold packs, exercise tools).
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any damage or malfunction.
• Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance information (as applicable).
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Help with front desk coverage when needed.
• Maintain therapy spaces as clean, well‑stocked, and well‑organized as possible.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Position Summary:
