Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Gettysburg, PA is hiring a Part Time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You’ll unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in planogram and store recovery to keep the store well merchandised.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and are comfortable with cash handling and loyalty programs. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash.
• Engage customers about Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS) and in-store merchandising.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram updates.
• Maintain store recovery and participate in SOPs and safety programs.
