Job summary

UPS in Nashville, TN is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.

You will train and lead staff, develop cross-training, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication across departments to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent - Preferred
• Supervisory experience in a production/processing environment
• Prior experience in both operations and customer service
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
