UPS in Nashville is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will train staff, set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and service, and foster strong working relationships across all levels.

You will build cross-training programs, ensure compliance with safety policies, and lead continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a production/processing environment.
• Experience in both operations and customer service.

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, and holds employees responsible for safety, production, and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety. This position provides leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a production/processing environment
• Prior experience in both operations and customer service
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
