Schedule:Sunday through Friday 9pm to 1 am

Pay Rate:$19/hourly

Job Summary: As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the
activities of a team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned premises.You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both employeesand visitors. The Cleaner Supervisor is expected to lead by example, providing guidance andsupport to the cleaning staff while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and inaccordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaners.
• Provide training for new staff members and ensure ongoing training for the
• team.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. Scheduling and Work Assignments:

• Develop and manage cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned on time.
• Assign tasks to cleaning staff based on priority and workload.
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules as needed.

3. Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks meet establishedstandards.
• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

4. Inventory Management:

• Manage and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary cleaningmaterials.
• Maintain a cost-effective approach to inventory management.

5. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

6. Communication:

• Liaise with facility management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with cleaning staff to relay expectations and updates.
• Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts within the team.

7. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, schedules, and inventory.
• Prepare reports on team performance and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
