Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales goals in Charleston, WV. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead and develop associates daily.

As a supervisor, you will model company values, demonstrate product knowledge, and perform POS duties while acting in the Store Manager’s absence when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
