Job summary

The GIANT Company in Red Lion, PA is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. You will enter orders, supervise staff, and fill prescriptions while upholding safety and accuracy in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

You will interact with customers, clarify prescriptions by phone or in person, and comply with all state and company policies. A PharmD or Pharmacy degree and immunization authorization are required, with a commitment to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, communicate, and understand to perform duties and comply with policies.
• Must complete the company introductory period of 60 days.
• Must have a degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Must be authorized to immunize.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.

• Must meet company performance standards.
• Must wear proper clothes and shoes.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Must have keyboarding skills.

• Must be authorized to immunize.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training (this is a job specific requirement).
• Must have keyboarding skills.

Job Specific Qualifications

• Must have & maintain valid any specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.
• Must be licensed to dispense in state(s) he/she will be working.
