Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Salisbury, MD to join a dedicated rehab team.

In this role you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence. New grads welcome; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current MD License (or eligible to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
