Step Up Rehab at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
