Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a part-time Security Officer to cover Friday and Saturday evenings (4 p.m. to midnight) in the Buffalo area. The role focuses on access control, patrolling, and delivering excellent client service to safeguard premises.

You will follow client and Securitas procedures, stay alert, prepare clear reports, and contribute to a safe, helpful security presence. Training is provided, and weekly pay plus benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with controlling entry points and monitoring access is preferred.
• Ability to conduct foot patrols and document observations clearly.
• Excellent client-facing service and communication skills required.
• Must follow client and Securitas procedures and rules.
• Maintain wakefulness and vigilance during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and enforce client site rules and directives.
• Provide superior customer service to employees and visitors.
• Perform regular foot patrols and report any incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and write clear incident reports.
