Michaels is seeking personnel to help customers in Fayetteville, ensuring a friendly shopping experience. You will assist with locating products, manage fast checkouts, and support omni‑channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You’ll contribute to a well‑stocked, safe, and welcoming store environment.
You will engage customers in rewards programs while following SOPs, and you’ll help with merchandise recovery and organized store presentation to meet brand standards.
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
