Job summary

Michaels Cedar Park is seeking a part-time Seasonal Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience and engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

As part of our team, you will also assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining store recovery and planograms to keep the store in-stock and well-merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support BOPIS/SFS.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
