Job summary

United Parcel Service (UPS) is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will train, develop, and evaluate staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy, customer service, and organizational effectiveness across shifts.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with employees, management, and customers while driving continuous improvement and proactive communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
