Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to propel store results while prioritizing the customer experience through supervision and guidance of the team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, driving personal and store sales goals and coaching staff on current fashion trends and styling techniques.

Lead opening/closing duties, manage scheduling, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service. A strong communicator with retail experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.
