Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver the best customer experience while ensuring store operations run smoothly. You will help create a positive environment that develops managers, associates, and customers daily.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires supervisory experience in apparel retail, strong sales results, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You may travel to other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range
USD $19.75/Hr -USD $27.13/Hr.
