Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to verify receipts, deliveries, and placement of merchandise in the stockroom and on the floor. You will assist in stockroom operations, merchandising, and communications with management to ensure product availability.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle POS systems and flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through computer systems and POS.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise receipts and deliveries to stockroom.
• Move, replenish, and place merchandise on the floor as needed.
• Support stockroom operations and product movement during peak hours.
• Communicate product levels and stock needs to management.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and displays.
• Occasionally perform duties outside the role as needed.
