Job summary

A leading retail service organization is seeking Coffee Demonstrators/Selling Specialists in Chula Vista, California, to provide an enhanced customer experience while promoting luxury coffee products. Candidates will engage customers, demonstrate product features, and drive sales during weekend shifts with the possibility of additional hours during event seasons. Ideal candidates are energetic and have some sales or marketing background. This position allows for flexibility and is focused on building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Some sales, marketing promotions, retail, and/or events background preferred, but not required.
• Reliable PC/internet access to report survey information.

MCG is looking for Coffee Demonstrators/Selling Specialists for a luxury brand. We are seeking dynamic, sales driven candidates to work ayear roundprogram with 4-6 hour shifts on weekends.Weekdays may be added during event and holiday seasons.Successful demonstrators create excitement and an enhanced customer experience around brewing the perfect cup of coffee or espresso.They educate consumers on all aspects of our client's products and close the sale.
