Inclusive Housing Resources is seeking a part-time Residential Painter in Fairfield, OH to prep, patch, and finish interior and exterior surfaces with care. You’ll travel to job sites using a company vehicle and deliver high-quality workmanship that supports accessible, welcoming housing for people with disabilities.

The role offers a weekday, flexible schedule with no weekends or on-call, and company tools are provided to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Painting experience with surface prep and finishing work.
• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or scaffolding.

Inclusive Housing Resources is looking for a part-time Residential Painter to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio.
