Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department associate to provide quality customer service and uphold standards. You will assist with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise to support sales and shrink control.

In this role you will help unload trucks, ensure fast and friendly service, and work collaboratively with store teammates to maintain a positive shopping environment.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provide quality customer service within the Produce Department. Responsible for maintaining standards in accordance with the standard practice manual, maximizing sales through excellent customer service and minimizing shrink through proper utilization of standard practice.
