UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a supervisor for Package Handlers and Clerks to lead safety, productivity, and training efforts.

You will ensure attendance records are accurate and timecards submitted as part of daily operations. The role requires strong problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred; Management experience - Preferred.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
